报名需知 Important Notes

1. 1. 报名截止日期11月30日。报名费为每人人民币180元（港币230元）
      Pre registration before November 30, RMB230 (HK$ 230) per person.

   报名名额限制为600人 Registration is capped at600.

   1. 所有报名参与者都将获得攀岩节T恤衫和大礼包，详情参阅：http://www.ysclimbfest.com/gift
      All registered participants will receive a free festival T-shirt and gift bag: http://www.ysclimbfest.com/gift
      前50位报名者将获赠一份精美的2011阳朔攀岩节海报。请在报到处报到时出示您的确认号向工作人员换取海报。
      The first 50 registrants will get a free 2011 Yangshuo Climbing Festival Poster. Present your confirmation number at the registration desk to exchange for the poster.
   1. 缴纳的报名费不做退款处理,将纳入阳朔攀岩基金。
      When you pay registration fee, we will not refundment and bring into Yangshuo climbing fund.

2. 通过网上支付报名费：请将填写完整的报名登记表发邮件至 ycf2011@foxmail.com 。邮件标题请填写你的真实姓名与订单号。
   我们收到报名登记表和报名费后会以邮件方式回传确认函，请自行打印确认函，确认函和你本人的身份证以及已签署的免责协议
   将是攀岩节的入场凭证。
   
   

   Payment via T/T: Please email your completed registration form toycf2011@foxmail.com. The subject of the email should be your full name and payment method，. After we receive your Registration Form and remittance, we will email you a confirmation letter which you will need to print out and present with your passport and signed
   waiver as the Festival Entry Ticket.  Also, please write down your name on form note’s remark area for identity verification.

3. 所有参与者在攀岩节报到处报到的时候必须出示身份证，并提交自行打印的确认函和自行打印并已签署的免责申明（确认函下面会提及；免责协议可在报名登记表的同一页面下载）

   All participants must print out the confirmation letter and the waiver which should also be signed, and then present them with the passport as the Festival Entry Ticket. (Confirmation letter will be mentioned below; waiver can be downloaded from the registration page.)
